My Older Grandson, aged two years eight months, helped me with my knitting for the first time this weekend. He was very pleased with himself! And he also loves identifying the colours in my work, and I nthe world around him.
How adorable! I've made those bowls for a while now. They're very addictive, and make fantastic gifts. For a while I got into the habit of making one with fabric scraps from each quilt that I gave away for me to keep (make sense?). Now I just trim away a half inch's of WOF when I'm squaring and evening up my fabric, and throw them in a bin to use later...
