Remember this little sneak peek?
Well, it took a little longer than I intended, but I finally sent it off.
This one went to my friend Liz. She is quite the fan of Central Park.
I used the Lil Twister tool for this one, it was a lot of fun! Lesson learned though, definitely make sure the value of the prints alternate between light and dark. Some of the pinwheels sort of get lost.
I ended up quilting within each individual pinwheel to help make them pop a bit more.
I think it helped a bit.
She loves it though, that's what matters right? ;)
